Wow - this fish was great! My whole family loved it - it's definitely going to be one of our 'regulars'! This was so easy and healthy! Thanks Kim for adding the note about the garlic and mixing all together in the bowl - I had forgotten those steps from the show ... Served with steamed asparagus and wild rice - YUM!

Good Job Marcela this dish is very good, even my three year old son loved it!
Gracias. I just followed the written directions because I didn't watch the show and it turned out very good. I did add garlic. Delicioso!!!

Thanks Kim for providing the info from the show! I love Marcela's recipes but never seem to manage to watch the show. I was thinking about adding garlic anyway; so glad I read the reviews! Very lovely fish recipe and ridiculously easy.

So glad I made this right after watching the show. Whoever wrote this down for Marcela did her a disservice! She was so informative on the show, and the directions here are awful, and they even left out an ingredient (garlic! This tasted absolutely divine. To repair: She added all the rosemary, 1 clove of garlic-minced, capers, olives, olive oil, salt and pepper into a dish, and whisk together. She then spooned this over the fish, then she laid the lime wedges on top. When she pulled it out of the oven, she had one lime left that she cut open, and squeezed the juice out all over the fish. The oven temp seems to be okay, and the cooking time seems to be okay. It was yummy!

I was looking for a simnple but tasty fish dish and this one definitely fit the bill. The zesty flavor of the lime, kalamata olives, and capers really compliment the mildness of the cod. It was so easy to make, and the presentation is colorful and beautiful. I served it with couscous with fresh veges and a garden salad.

So easy and quick and the flavor is amazing! On the show she added one garlic clove, finely chopped, which was omitted from the ingredient list - make sure you add it. I also recommend just slicing the olives in half as they can be overpowering. My leftovers made an amazing fish sandwich! And seeing how my wife hates fish, I tried substituting the fish with chicken cutlets. She LOVED it. And she's picky...
