Awesome !! did it with a can of corn , had no basil , and was raining out so all in the convection oven / stove top . i did 2 with pepper jack / 2 with colby jack melted on the bun , at the end i melted more over everything to hold it in . it was great !!! the bacon alone was fantastic cooked to directions since i never cooked bacon in a pan b4 > since my parents in early 80's and earlier lol . my wife is a great cook and loved it too .Thanks bobby and the food network for making our evening dinner one to remember =

So good. I would buy it. All the flavors work well together, the mayo, mustard, corn, onions and cilantro. Didn't have cojita, so I used pepperjack for some kick. Yum!!
