My husband and I loved this corn. The smoked paprika made it much more interesting than plain buttered corn. I have both the hot (picante smoked paprika and the sweet (dulce. For the corn I used the sweet and thought it was just right. As to the ongoing commentary on the accuracy of Melissa's prices: saving money is important but it's not my number one concern. I like Melissa's recipes because they are easy and the results are almost always great.

Just the right amount of spice that doesn't overpower the taste of the corn, yet makes it special. Super easy to make too!

This is simpe - not hype: if you buy a product on sale and use only a portion of it for a specific menu then you figure the cost of how much you used, not the entire purchase price, to come up with the cost of the meal. Thus, Melissa can indeed create a meal for 4 for $10.

We usually just grill our corn and put salt and butter on it. WOW - was this a winner with my family. We have a garden so we are always happy to use our extra corn in a new and interesting way. LOVE YOUR SHOW!!!

The smoked paprika and red pepper flakes added great flavor to already great corn. I have grilled corn in the husk and just on the grill but I thought the foil did steam and grill the corn nicely. The only criticism I have is that I needed more butter than called for so I had to go back and mix another batch but that may be because I subscribe to the Paula Deen school of more butter is better. I definitely will make this again before corn season in Ohio is over.

The smokey paprika adds a delcious flavor to the grilled corn. I love this recipe even if the corn does cost more money than Melissa states!

For all the recipe board police who seem to need to tell people what to review and comment upon, let it be known that there are a lot of people are concerned with Melissa's constant lowballing of her ingredient prices. If you don't like the comments then feel free to ignore them, or if you don't mind paying fifteen or twenty dollars for meal ingredients purported to cost ten dollars, then knock yourself out and be happy. But remember, the 1st Amendment guarantees free speech for a reason before you go trying to shout down, harass, and run off people expressing a valid opinion.
