Just a note, on the show she makes a second chicken with lime, thyme, s&p outside, lime, garlic inside and butter.

Chicken is very tender, tasty and moist. I will use this recipe again with eperimental ingredient changes. The suggested cooking temps and times really work well.

Made this recipe last night. I thought it was tasty my husband said it was good and the kids ate it up except for my 17 year old daughter. There are some things that I would tweak, but overall a good starting point recipe. Thanks Rachael.
