This is such a wonderful, flavorful recipe! I actually used it with shrimp, scallop and vegetable kabobs, marinating the shrimp and scallops in the marinade for at least 30 minutes or longer. I didn't feel the need to use the butter recipe, to keep it a bit more heart-healthy. As someone said here, this is their go-to recipe for company.

This was so fun to make and grill the fish kabobs. The grilling gave it kind of a smoky crisp flavor and was so much fun to make! It does take time though, but is well worth it!

This recipe was insanely good, but it's also insanely expensive: the fish alone cost me $55. Nutritious and delicious, but it definitely hurts the wallet!

Absolutly wonderful. I couldn't find any good tuna so I just used salmon and halibut. It was great! My husband is a wonderful grillmaster and I'm always searching for new recipes on the grill. This is one of the best. Thanks Giada!

FANTASTIC. I used fresh catfish instead, and kept them in steak form. I grilled them and the guy who maintains our 600 gallon aquarium said "OMG! It's making me hungry." I accompanied the grilled catfish with fresh baby peas! AMAZING !
YOU NEVER CEASE TO AMAZE ME, girl.

Couldn't get the tuna so used large sea scallops instead with the halibut and salmon. Went well with the salad from the same episode.
