This has become my family's favorite. Everyone gets very disappointed when mangos aren't in season and I stop making it

Pairs WONDERFULLY with the Jerk Chicken Recipe from the same episode. I also use the whole jalapeno bc I love spice. Other than that it needs no alterations! Definitely gets better with time so if you can, make it ahead of time! Use this and the leftover jerk chicken on tortillas to make tacos. Yum.

We love this salad. I use a whole chopped jalapeno since we like spice. I don't add the rice to the salad. Instead I put the salad over the rice, and also chop some green leaf lettuce and put the salad over it too. Goes great with the Neeley's Jamaican Jerk Chicken.

This salad was perfect! I actually served it as the base under some crisp red leaf lettuce and it was a hit. I reserved a bit of the lime vinaigrette to pour over the lettuce. I wouldn't change a thing. Thanks for the great recipe!

THIS SALAD IS GREATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT. My husband actually made it and I was a little hesitant in tasting it but I am sooooo glad I did. He didn't add the cilantro & jalapenos cause I don't like these ingredients and next time I would cut the oil amount in half. I couldn't stop eating this salad and I am on Weight Watchers so points are that bad either, I based on a cup serving. I would recommend everyone to make this.

Very fresh and tasty. I think a little coconut would be great in this as well. Perfect summer dish!

This is SO-O-O-O good. My only change would be to reduce the amount of dressing by about half, but that is normal for me and salads. With that change, this will be one of my go to salads.
