I cook a lot and it felt like to many steps for the end flavor. It really made the bread soggy, I would use it over ricce. It did work for our 9 year old daughter she loved the raisins.

This recipe was really tasty. The sauce reminded me of the Chicken Tikka Masala I order from the Indian Restaurant. However, I think the bread overpowered the complexity of the sauce. I would make it gain, but serve it w/ rice or naan. I also expected it to be a bit spicier. It was an easy recipe to do for a weeknight meal & it tasted like it had simmered for hours... really nice flavors (without the buns!.

What a unique twist on an everyday down home meal. My teenagers ate it all. I followed the recipe and had to cook down the liquid a little longer, but other than that, it was great!! I love the fact that she is taking American recipies and twisting them with Indian flavor!! Go Arti

I've served this dish twice already at two parties! The bombay sloppy joes were an absolute hit!

My daughter loves traditional sloppy joes from school, but my Indian husband hates them. I made these and they were a hit with both of them.

This recipe is ok. It took a lot of time to chop and put together. I would not call it a weeknight meal unless you have some time to allow. It had good flavors but was not great and not worth the time. I cook a lot and I would not consider it "easy".

It's all wrong and the ingredients are missing. "Sloppy Bombay Joes" is the right recipe. Very confusing to viewers.

This recipe doesn't list half of the ingredients required! To get the whole recipe, key in "Sloppy Bombay Joes" instead...that one seems complete.
