Just so-so. This dish was nothing special. I doubt I would make again. Love cooking with tarragon but this dish just didn't do it for me.

Tasty, but would either add a little more flour or simmer longer for a thicker sauce.

I've never cooked with Tarragon so for my first time and taste, it was pretty good, didn't care for the smell but overall pretty good.

I lost my job at the end of the year and vowed to learn how to cook. I've watched Giada for a couple of years, so I couldn't wait to try one of her more recent show recipes. It took me longer to make this recipe than indicated, but that was because I'm such a novice. My husband and I LOVED it. I made brown rice to serve with it. He had the leftovers again tonight and made a point of telling me how yummy it was. I also made the Sugar Snap Peas and Cucumber Salad, which we both also enjoyed.

I made this using boneless skinless cutlets. I brined them for about 30 minutes and cut the cooking time down to accomodate the cut. They were wonderful, my husband couldn't wait for the left- overs the next day.

I had not cooked with fresh tarragon before and actually tried this recipe on a dinner guest (usually against my rules. It was very good. I made it with rice but mashed potatoes would be wonderful too. I used pinot grigio instead of riesling because that is what I had on hand. Will definitely make this again.

Made this after seeing the recipe earlier in the day. My husband was amazed and dazzled by the subtle flavor of the tarragon, and I ended up being the hero of the day by making something unique and extremely tasty! Thanks, Giada!

This dish was phenomenal! The taste was great! The riesling and the cipollinis totally refreshen the taste. Thanks Giada for great recipes!

The chicken was so moist and the gravy that the onions made...delicious!! The onions were so sweet. I sopped up the gravy with French bread and served everything over rice. Yet another great recipe by Giada!
