I watched you through the cooking competition and thought you were great then. On today's show you were even better. You are really onto something jwith the baked samosa. Through the years, my friends have prepared the most delicious samosas, but I would never make them at home since they were fried and too much trouble. When I saw your show today and saw that baked them instead, I ran out to the store to purchase the ingredients to make them tomorrow. I know my family will love them. I will keep you posted. Best of luck!

From the start, I was not sure if Aarti was the right pick. I have been pleasantly surprised. I love the recipes I've tried out so far, the show, & so does my family. I tried the pulled pork recipe last week and Wow! I'm bummed I missed the show this week, but I'm looking for repeat times as I really want to try some of this week's recipes. Great job Aarti!

I was captured by Aarti from the first couple weeks of NFNS and so happy she won! Looking forward to trying some new flavors. I wish FN would start mixing up their daytime lineup alittle to include shows that only seem to be aired on Sunday. I'm really getting bored with weekday reruns of the big names and would like to catch a second showing up and comers!!!

Aarti is a delight to watch. Just has a very charming personality.
I had tried the samosas mentioned on her website. I used a vegetarian filling. Delish...

Aarti, you are carnivorous. so you love mangoes. do you have to use it in all your recipes? I find it difficult to believe that you are from South India. Padmalakshmi calls herself a south Indian Brahmin and eats all living creatures. It is time you make some authentic south Indian or an Indian dish. Probably you are trying to please Americans You seem to have shed lot of pounds. You look nice, This is the first time I see somasa made with ripe mangoes and chicken.

I'm an original food network fan, but I've been VERY bored with the new clan of cooking show Chefs over the past several years. This show is so refreshing and Aarti is a DELIGHT to watch. She is such a natural in front of the camera and I cannot wait to try her dishes! I haven't enjoyed a new chef this much since Giada came on board....with easy and practical dishes, but this time not your everyday Italian, but exotic Indian!

BEST OF LUCK AARTI! I'm so happy to have my old routine of sitting down with a cup of coffee/tea and notebook writing down each step in my own words while watching someone enchanting prepare a new meal I can add to my collection!

I will be sure to give feedback on the recipes. As a new "older" mother, I cannot wait until my son is old enough to try dishes I'll learn from you! I hope to offer him a diverse dinner time menu as he grows.
