Aarti - My boyfriend loves these....He's been begging me to make them and honestly before it always seemed so intimidating. Thank you for making them easy and so inviting to make.

Amazing dish! I love your addition to Food Network - you make the network shine. Great job! Keep doing what your doing and I'll be making as many of your dishes as I can as my boyfriend loves Indian food...loves it and I'm also a new convert as before honestly while I am adventurous with food, I was a little leary with indian food as I like my sweets. I've never seen sweets from the indian neighbors I used to have so its really amazing getting exposed to it through you. You're like my long distance professor in helping me become a great indian chef. You make me look good!

    Thanks again Aarti!!

I found this recipe on Aarti's blog, and made it a couple of weeks ago for the first time. As she mentioned, she has a simple dough recipe on her blog that I used instead of the puff pastry dough - this looks even easier! The filling is a wonderful combination of sweet, savory, and spicy that you will love. This recipe strikes me as a great way to use a leftover chicken breast. I'm not sure about the recipe version posted here, but I needed double the pastry to use all of my filling - it may have been adjusted here, but maybe buy an extra box of puff pastry just in case. Plus, it's just as easy to double the recipe, bake them, and freeze the leftovers. Just like the frozen potato and pea samosas I buy at the market, only not fried!
