    Awesome recipe!!! Very easy. Love the idea that I don't need raw egg. It is delicious. Take the time to make the home made croutons. They are worth it.

    We loved this Anne! We cut the recipe in half for two but added an extra anchovie and garlic clove-perfect.

    Great caesar dressing recipe! I'm pregnant, so having raw egg yoke is not really ok....and I LOVE Anne, so I tried this. I've NEVER used anchovy before - ew! but it wasn't too bad. You didn't taste it at all, except the dressing had a nice depth of flavor and I didn't have to add ANY salt! The Parm and anchovy was salty enough - but perfectly salty - not too much. My husband preferred it to my typical recipe, which is Ina Garten's. (He said that one is too lemony.

    I would like to be the 8th person to say that this recipe is AWESOME...I had never made my own croutons before but I will do it everytime from now on, they are LIFE CHANGING!!!!
