this was the absolute best grilled cheese sandwich ive ever had. i made it the next day and family loves it. i will never make another "regular" grill chesse ever again. thanks soo much so this great treat.

I had to make this right after I saw the show, I LOVE tomato and grilled cheese sandwiches. This was by far the best grilled cheese sandwich I ever had! I will never have a normal grilled cheese again..thanks Sunny!

My mother made this for dinner after watching the show and served it with a similar soup. It was VERY delicious. Roasting the tomatoes makes all the difference in the world...so don't substitute anything for them. I LOVE the cilantro flavor dipped in the creamy soup!

I LOVED this recipe. The roasted tomatoe mixture hits the mark, especially with the addition of the lime zest. I did have a challenge with the bread trying to slip off the sandwich so from now on I spread a tiny bit of mayo on the bread slices as "glue". Thanks Sunny! I love your show!

Great twist on an old favorite! I've made it three times already - we like ours on rye bread. It's so yummy, I'm posting it on my blog this week.

This made a great dipper to a soup I made. I picked up quality country bread and hot pepper cheese at a local amish market and it just made the sandwich! I couldn't keep from eating the tomatoes when they came out of the oven-so good! This is a next level grilled cheese.

This is the best grilled cheese sandwich!! The only thing I did different is that I lightly butter the outside of each slide of bread instead of melting the butter in the pan. . .it's how I always make my grilled cheese.

I thought it was pretty good. I used store bought pico de galo from the produce section instead of roasting tomatoes and chopping up onion, etc. That was a timesave for me. The jalapeno gave it exta zip.

yummy! i make grilled cheese all the time but this was amazing! esp the idea of roasting the tomatoes - they tasted sweet just like sunny said..i tried using cheese with jalapenos in it and rye bread and it still tasted really good..

This was amazing!! I've never made anything I've ever watched on TV until now. Sunny made it sound so good and it looked fantastic, so I had to try. My entire family loved it!!! I will definitely make this again!!! Thank you . . . I think I would even add some jalepeno . . .
