Turned out perfect. I added a small amount of cappuchino mix to the topping for a secret ingredient. I cooked it as described without the water bath sometimes used during the cooking process for cheescakes. I think cooling slowly is also a key. I will be making it again.

With this cheesecake I didn't have a food processor so I used a blender to crush the base ingredients. There was so much ingredients with this recipe and used the hand mixer to blend the filling ingredients. After 50 mins of baking the cheesecake wasn't cooked. It was very wet wobbly but not set. I baked it for 1 1/2 hours. With the topping you only taste the sour cream not the chocolate. When I ate it it was not bad but not tasty.

This recipe is simply amazing. It was very easy to make with a food processor. The only change I made was I used gluten free butter cookies instead of graham crackers for the crust. It seemed to improve in the following days. Just amazing.

Looked perfect but sadly it was tasteless and the consistency was kind of dry and rubbery. Surprising given a full cup of peanut butter in the filling. Won't be making this one again.

This is the first time I have ever written a review. I decided to because this cheesecake is amazing! I am a very good cook and an ok baker and have never made a cheesecake. This recipie is easy and very very delicious. Just make sure you have everything at room temperature. I followed the recipie exactly and it turned out perfectly. My advice, make it the day before you need it. As it sat in the fridge over night it set up even more and was perfect the next day.

This recipe has the texture of a perfect cheesecake, but was pretty flavourless except for peanuts. The three layers don't blend together at all, the topping doesn't contribute anything except to smooth over the appearance, and I don't get the slightest taste of chocolate, despite using very high quality stuff. Won't be making this again.

I am surprised that so many found this recipe good. Its probably just our taste buds but the sour cream taste was very prominent with no other taste to offset it the least. We did not like it and found the cake very tasteless (except for sour cream. The cake turned out great in appearance and texture. We each took a slice and after that pitched all of it away. Its my second recipe try from Nigella and I am disappointed again. I will not be making her recipes anymore.
