I seasoned my chicken very well and added extra chilis and the dish was still bland. Like one user already said, the orange flavor was pretty much non-existent. I was expecting a very fragrant, flavorful dish and it was extremely disappointing. It wasn't bad, just...blah.

My family enjoyed it! I added some red pepper flakes and pepper to the chicken before baking since the previous reviewer thought it was under-seasoned. I agree that it would have been very bland without additional seasoning. Very yummy!

Bland. That pretty much describes this dish. The flavors of orange are pretty much non-existent even when doubling up on the orange in the dish and amount squeezed over chicken. I think the problem is that the chicken itself is under-seasoned, thereby rendering the pan drippings also under seasoned. Next time I would add some chili flakes, freshly ground pepper and orange zest in addition to the ingredients shown.
