I thought was Great as I need the fiber and careful of ingredients.
I also love chopped Tv and bobby Flay and his partner I think we have had enough of the diner episode.

My husband and I loved this! We did add some additional ingredients, though - one chopped tomato, more garlic (this goes without saying for 99% of the FN recipes and a couple of dollops of the Costco olive and roasted tomato tapenade. We had the squash with Costco Sabatino chicken sausage that hubby grilled. We also topped the squash with Asiago cheese shavings. Yum and wow - this is a keeper.

Really good and healthy. I did not microwave but baked at 375 for 45 mins. I tried this recipe once with the links on the side and didn't really care for it so this last time I cut open the links and broke it up like ground sausage. I liked it much better this way. I also used lean sausage because regular sausage is just too greasy.

Amazing! Baked the squash - no microwaves please FN - 45mins at 400deg for a regular sized squash with s&p and some olive oil - fantastic! This is going to be a weekly staple in our house

Great for a quick weeknight meal! Kind of reminds me of sauteed yellow squah, except without all of the butter. The only thing I didnt like about it was the microwave... Think I will try others suggestions and bake.

Perfect summer time light meal on the patio! I grill my sausages while my squash is roasting and serve with a cold glass of white wine! Nice and easy after a hard days work!

Spaghetti squash is great but I recommend baking in the oven instead. It is NOT safe to microwave something with plastic wrap over it. The heat releases cancer causing chemicals in the plastic which then drip onto your food. Bake in oven at 325 for about 30 minutes instead of microwaving and it's a much safer option. Really kind of shocked that foodnetwork would post a recipe with those kind of directions.

Delicious! I made a couple changes just because sausage links are packaged in odd numbers. I used two packages totaling 10 sausages and 2 squash. Next time I might even use 3 squash but the flavors were great and the recipe was easy for a weeknight.
