This was the bomb! My husband and daughter really liked it. Although we skipped making the blackberry jam, the raspberry jam worked just fine. Just have to pay more attention when frying the first batch to avoid over frying. :0

Yummy. It was delicious. Letting the yeast work twice really helped the Beignets be light and fluffy.
