Needs a lot of work. To give a fair evaluation, I followed the recipe exactly as written. First of all, with two people making it it took an hour and a half to prepare (not 28 mins. as stated. Second, it was blah, blah, bland, perhaps some red pepper flakes might have helped. Third, there was NOWHERE near enough tomato sauce for that much pasta. It was dry as could be. I've made a lot of baked pasta, and this is one I would never make again. Maybe others might be able to super-tweak it to make it interesting, but I wouldn't bother with it when there are other recipes so much better out there.
