This is a great recipe, as are all the recipes from your show that I have tried. I AM VERY UPSET WITH FOOD NETWORK FOR PUTTING YOUR SHOW IN SUCH AN INCONVENIENT TIME SLOT!!!! What are they thinking? So many of their recent schedule changes are irritating to me...and I'm sure many other viewers. The notion of running multiple shows of one chef in a day's schedule is crazy.
Good luck Marcela and I hope enough other of your fans complain so that you will once again have a better time slot. Thanks for the wonderful recipes.

I've made this salsa a number of times and love it. I've used chicken or vegetable stock in place of water and it comes out great. If too watery for you, brown some ground pork in frying pan, pour salsa over it and reduce to your liking. Scoop into a warm tortilla and sprinkle with queso fresco (mild or queso cotija (tangy cheese . Hello!

My husband and I just made this. It did not turn out good at all. It was very sour. We won't make this again.

This salsa is soooo good! I made them with red peppers, I forgot the name of them, but they were on level 7 spicy, there's 1-10 spicy, so it was really spicy and delish! (P.S I made them with the red peppers, cause the market was out of thai, or chiles de arbol.

I've learned everything I know about salsas from Mexican Made Easy, and around my house I'm now known as the salsa king, lol. I've been meaning to give green salsas a try, and this recipe looked perfect. I personally prefer to cook the veggies in a dry cast iron, but I followed this recipe to the letter, except I added less water because I like thick salsas. All I can say is wow!

I made this to go on the Baja Fish Tacos... it was excellent but I did roast them in a skillet with a touch of olive oil & I added more onion & garlic & cilantro but left out the water completely, it was saucy enough.... I will definitely make this again !!

Great, easy, and delicious salsa. My other green salsa recipes said to boil the tomatillos first but roasting them gave them so much more flavor.
