This was a wonderful recipe and it was so easy. I had a little problem with the sauce being to salty next time I would cut salt in half. My guests love it. I served it with Aspargus and Orzo.

I have never reviewed a recipe but felt that I should with this one. I was watching the foodnetwork while looking for a new recipe on the internet for our salmon this evening and saw Paula and Bobby cooking this recipe. So I just jotted down the ingredients (with no measurements and was still able to recreate it. We loved it and I will definitely make it again. It is a winner for a change from the same ole rub or marinade salmon recipes. Love it!!!! Thank you Paula!

Excellent recipe! My family loved it. Followed recipe exactly and it was perfect. Served it over a bed of rice and asparagus spears.

Recipe was really good!!!! only thing I would change is the amount of salt. The cream sauce was not too salty, but I don't think the pistachio crust needed it. I may have used salted pistachios. Next time I will use unsalted nuts and maybe 1/2 of what the recipe calls for. Definitely try this. Oh, and also, I served steamed fresh green beans with this, and the cream sauce was great with them. I may actually try the cream sauce on green beans sometime as a side to another dish.

this was excellent. My kids made this for me and I must say we were all loving it. The only thing I did differently was, added the sauce to the pan drippings in which the salmon was cooking. It gave it a more dimension. And I must stress, to use the
lemon zest, as it adds the flavor to very subtle sauce. Will def make this again and again. Thx Paula, love uuuuuu
