    I liked this rice although the citrus from the orange zest was a little much for me so I think next time I will omit the zest. I did forget to add the almonds though so next time I will have to remember LOL.

    @23april...I think blueberries or maybe cherries would be a great substitute. I think I will try it out just out of curiosity :-
