I tried this cranberry sauce at our Thanksgiving dinner - it was a big hit. I had to add a little sugar to balance out the tartness of the cranberries, and I substituted Fresno chilis for Serrano chilis to reduce the "heat" level of this sauce. We're definitely having this cranberry sauce again, and I'm not waiting until next Thanksgiving.

Sorry to say, but this was horrible. I thought it was just me, but my hispanic friend who is use to adobe told me to throw it away. I ended up making Waynes cranberry sauce which was a hit. It wasn't spicy, just a strange after taste.

I made this last year for Thanksgiving & am making it again this year, by request! My entire family loved this dish, even those that don't care for cranberries. I have a feeling I'll be making it again next year too ; Thank you so much Guy!

I made this for Thanksgiving and it was not good at all. Everyone tried it but no one could eat more then a few bites.

Love, love, love it!! This was a big family and pot luck hit. I do not normally keep chipotle chile pepper in adobo sauce in my pantry and I always have jalapenos so I used jalapenos instead of the serrano. To mimic the flavors of the adobo sauce I added 1 tsp each of smoked paprika, cumin and chili pepper. Came out stellar! Will be an added new tradition to the holiday meals!

I thought these were really good. I added a generous splash of Grand Marnier at the end - tasty!

I loved the sound of this but I must say it was not good at all. Not one person would eat more than one berry. I had more of an open mind loving cranberries and spicy food but I can honestly say it was just bad.

Did make it, ended up using a regular orange since no one had the blood orange. I'll definitely not be making this again; no one finished their serving and at least two people told me straight up it was the nastiest thing they had ever eaten. I'm not sure I would disagree, it was pretty bad. I think the chipolte and the adobo sauce really ruined it..

Had a spicy smokey taste that my father-in-law and son both enjoyed. My son said it was better warm off the stove when we made it yesterday, rather than cold today. For the rest of us, it just didn't hit the spot.
