I made this for a church potluck, and everyone really loved it. It's really tasty and pretty great calorically. It takes a bit of time, but is completely worth it. I am making it for Thanksgiving as well.

Great recipe and it's easy! I agree with the last reviewer because this has alot of flavor without using heavy creams or butter. I would recommend making more of the brown sugar/nut crumble mixture over the top though.

So good! Much better for you than many other sweet potato casserole's (no butter and low sugar! You wouldn't know from the taste!

This was very good. I used more of the pecan mix on top just because that was my preference. It was easy to make. I used my rice cooker's steam option to steam the potatoes and it worked just fine. Will make this again.

Easy. Delicious. Kids thought it was desert. Were ecstatic when I told them it was part of dinner.

This dish was great! It tastes like pumpkin pie. Definitely a great Thanksgiving Day dish. I love that it's not that bad for you too. I'll be making this again and again.

This recipe is delicious and a great substitute for the buttery, marshmallow-laden sweet potato casserole that my mother always had on the table for Thanksgiving. The fact that it's a reasonably healthy dish is just icing on the cake!
Better than all of that, if you have a loved one who doesn't appreciate the wonders of Sweet Potatoes, have them try two bites of this dish. Speaking from personal experience, I bet you'll have a convert at your table!

My husband and I loved this recipe! We're constantly looking for ways to make the holidays a bit healthier and this was perfect. The potatoes were creamy and flavorful with the perfect amount of spices. The topping was a little less than we are used to but it was still fabulous! Everyone at the table loved them!
