So good! I didn't have a pastry bag so I just put a little oilive oil on my hands and rolled little logs of churro mix, it worked just the same. I will make these again and again!

This is an easy and quick snack. : Can we use honey instead of the golden syrup?

My 4 yr old granddaughter has allergies to among other things, dairy and eggs; I couldn't use MY fave churro recipe b/c of eggs, milk, and butter in it. This one for its simplicity and lack of problematic ingredients won high marks; and my granddaughter ate them with much delight. I used an 8mm star tip but these weren't that big, like the width of a 'fat finger.' Perhaps another, larger star tip or more baking powder will help there--but other than that, this recipe was a good one.
