Delicious flavors, textures and aromas. Made this for large office party. Taste buds and allergies had to be considered. Made the chili without beans. Did cook the beans in another pot. When time to eat, I served the beanless chili in the pot on a warmer, cooked beans, cheese, tortilla chips, etc. each in separate bowls.
Terrfic perty and nearly 100% outstanding evals! NO LEFT-OVERS!

This is a very tasty dish! The chili has a rich, deeply layered flavor and the presentation of the dish is impressive enough for company. I made this the first time strinctly by the recipe for good friends ~ it was a big hit! No changes recommended, this is a keeper!
