    my daughter made this and it was fantastic. she watched a video on you tube on souffle technique. really helped. i cant remember ever having a dessert so wonderful. those were magical times!!!

    I followed this recipe to a T and it really bombed! The idea of jasmine tea souffle and lemongrass ice cream are innovative. Thus, I reworked the recipes based on other souffle and ice cream recipes that I have and it worked out well after I did that.
