Great! I live in the UK, where graham crackers are rare, but digestive biscuits made a fine substitute. I heeded the advice of others and upped the butter for better cohesion of the crust.

A simple syrup (equal parts water and dissolved sugar brushed over the top leaves a shiny, professional-looking glaze.

This is totally awesome. But I agree with one reviewer that there needs to be more butter to hold the crumbs together; I seemed to need at least 1/2 again as more.

I am from the States, but now live in England. I love watching Nigella on TV and love her recipes!

For those who are using Graham cracker crumbs, the original recipe calls for "Digestive Biscuits', which of course, can be found here in England. However, my recommendation would be to substitute baby Zwieback biscuit cookie crumbs instead of the Graham cracker crumbs; a much more delicious taste, and tastes alot like Digestives!

This is my go-to quick dessert. I use frozen tartlette shells as a short cut. I've mixed up the berries & fruit based on what's in season and looks good at the farmer's markets / grocery store. Absolutely love this one! The recipe makes more filling then needed but save it as put it on ice cream, pound cake, pancakes, etc...it's so yummy I could eat it plain!

This was good but I needed more butter for the crust as it did not set well. I would also use less lemon curd next time as it was just a little too tart.

I made this for our Resurrection Sunday dessert and also a bunch of mini tartlets for church using the filling part of this recipe (for the crust I did a standard buttery pastry crust that I pre-baked. The filling was super easy to make and tasted like you spent a lot of time on it. I did use storebought lemon curd, but would love to try to find a recipe for homemade and home canned lemon curd (I have a lot of lemons that I'd like to make lemon curd from so that I don't have to spend $4 for a 9 oz jar of lemony goodness. Since it is strawberry seaon here, and none of the other berries are in season yet, I did just strawberries, and it was WONDERFUL : This will DEFINITELY be made again and again!

Delicious! I made this for my grandmother's 83rd birthday, and everyone loved it! I used strawberries, blueberries and kiwis, and the lemon/cream cheese custard turned out amazing. I would be happy with the custard and crust alone! I was a little confused as to what they consider "sheets" of graham cracker, because 27 seemed like a lot...but regardless, I will definitely be making this again.

This was marvelous. I made Alton Brown's lemon curd for this recipe. Guests were in awe. It is so easy and well worth the moments to took to assemble it.
