Although I don't like Alex's air of arrogance about her, I was able to watch this show and then made this salad for dinner. An occasional smile may help Alex as I have trouble getting past your condescending demeanor. Anyway, this salad is alot of work but totally worth the effort. Try it!

We made this tonight with flank steak and it was absolutely amazing. The bold flavors with the richness of the the blue cheese were perfect together. I highly recommend this recipe.
