It sounds wonderful, but I have never seen a veal bone around here. I will look for veal stock, but that will be hard too. I guess I will use chicken stock, although the recipe doesn't call for it. I wish the lobster ravioli recipe was printed, the show repeats tonight so I will try to jot down what is in that.

Amazing! Soooo delicious! I didn't include veal, just used chicken... Didn't add the brandy because I was afraid to put my kitchen on fire... I also added 1 cup of chicken stock prior to adding cream, and served the dish with fettucini. WOW! Taste like restaurant quality food! Yum! Yum!

Wow! I made this dish last night for my family and we were all practically licking our plates. The porcinni muchrooms coupled with the three meats created an explosion of flavor, I made the recipe verbatim and it was well worth the time and money.

I just tried this and I thought it was great. I skipped the salt on the shrimp. Only drawback was not enough sauce.

well, I just made it and thought it was kind of bland. It needs more flavoring (in my opinion If I do make it again, I think i would try some blue cheese in it. something was missing.

Yes - missed the Veal stock (looked like a 1/3 cup. Let it cook down a minute. Then add the cream.

This recipe is awesome. Great to make for my Italian family. Even better to have at Rino's in East Boston. Went last night 5/14/2011 and Guy was right this place is the bomb. Every dish our table of 8 had even the appetizers were the best. Tony DiCenso (owner was there and every thing was the best I ever had. Great to see owner at restaurant and see him watch every dinner come out to perfection.Have eaten in many North End Italian Restaurants and this place blew them away. Already made reservation for July. Well worth the wait. Great review by Guy and he was right. Must go to when in Boston, MA
