Awesome recipe, but I thought on the show he also used some vegetable stock when the brandy was added. I made it that way and it was excellent.

I like the show. I LOVE to cook and once in a while, I'll see a dish that I'd try or more often than not, an idea that I can adjust to my taste. But tonight's show with the lobster ravioli has finally, has given me a SEVERE desire to take a trip.

I substituted thinly sliced pork for the veal, I have never cooked veal and I had the pork on hand. My family absolutely loved it. I can't wait to actually go to the restaurant and try it for myself.
