This has been my go to pie crust for a while now. Always great results, always flaky and always great reviews!! Whether baking a sweet or savory pie this is an awesome crust!

I have been making pie crust for over 20 year but have always fought with the dough being too dry and cracking. It has always tasted good but has been difficult to handle. I LOVED this recipe and it was the first time that I have mixed the dough in the food processor. This will be the way I always make crust from now on. Thank you for saving me time and effort.

I used this recipe yesterday to make 4 pies as gifts for mother's day. I made a lemon meringue pie once and the crust was perfect by default I have never been able to duplicate that attempt. Since then I've tried all types of pie crust recipes and this is now my signature, using for life, sharing with the whole world, pie crust recipe. Thanks Chef Sanchez and thanks food network. I am now the pie queen in my family.

That is the worst pie crust I ever made, I had to piece my crust, I am 64 yr old and been making pie crust for a long time, that was terrible!!!!

I have not made a pie over 25yrs....I really lost my confidence. Today I had to test myself,I made Aaron Sanchezs' pie crust. It came out so awesome, I'm so proud, excited and happy, Aaron you are so adorable, I'm happy when I see you on Chopped....OMG I have a new lease on life..lol Thank you so much, I love that face.....PS I ate half the pie..

Awesome pie crust! Easy to make in the food processor, flaky, and great flavor. The first time I've ever made a pie crust and have not had to add extra water to get everything to come together. Highly recommend.
