Just made this with Turkey and a green pepper for celery substitution. Liked the way it came out. This sauce should be good with any long noodle.

Used Italian sausage because that's what I had available and it was very good! Would probably also decrease the water next time. Not only did my 17 year old son say it was good, he said it was "really good!" Gotta love that!

I used Italian sausage and about double the fresh rosemary. Was wonderful! Fragrant and fresh. Yummy!

Good basic pasta sauce. I think sausage might have given it a bit more flavor, I might try that next time. I wasn't sure I would have enough for 3 cups leftover so I measured carefully and it came out almost perfectly- 2 meals, 4 servings each. Love that!

This recipe was easy and a huge hit! I happened upon fresh italian turkey sausage at the local grocery store. So, I used that for the meat, and the bit of kick was great! Also, I used some spiral egg noodles we had in the pantry. Otherwise, followed the recipe and it turned out great! Can't wait to make the stuffed peppers tonight with the left over ragu.

Didn't have a food processor but chopping by hand worked just as well, even if a bit time consuming. Also used Italian-seasoned ground turkey and basil tomatoes, plus I reduced the water as many of the reviews suggested. Everyone enjoyed.

Tonight was a chilly December evening after a long day of holiday prep. This meal is nutritious and extremely easy to prepare. I prepared the sauce (with ground turkey and I doubled the vegetables mid-afternoon and then simmered the sauce until dinner in a crockpot to keep it warm for dinner. All I had to do was cook the Fettuccine. I served it with parmesan cheese and dried red pepper, and it was a complete hit! I highly recommend this comfort food for a cold December evening.

So glad they didn't incorporate the water into the ingredient list, since I added 2 cups of milk! I always double sauce recipes....so good leftover/additional to freeze. I just forgot I had already doubled the milk on my copied recipe, but no harm, I just reduced it, adjusted the spice and it turned out beautifully. I also used turkey as well. Very good recipe......akin to Italian stew over noodles.....yummy!
