Wow- I loved this!!! It's now actually one of my favorite recipes. I got herbs de provence at Kroger, but I had to stand in front of the spices for a long time! I'm surprised this only has 4 reviews so far! It's very easy and delicious!!! I didn't change anything and served it with a side of asparagus with lemon juice drizzled on top. Very fancy!

This recipe was great. I couldn't find Herbes de Provence in the store so i searched for it online and found out that it was really easy to make myself : I made the steak well done (it wasn't intentional yet the meat came out amazing. : The potatoes completed the dish totally!!!: I recommend this dish to everyone. Easy, fast and tasty!!!:
