Thanks for the tips all. I used Grey Poupon and it came out terrific!

I agree with the other reviewers, great sandwich but it could use something other than Dijon mustard to kick it up a notch.

Very easy and tasty. I added sauteed mushrooms and onions to the sandwich and everybody loved it. though it could use something other then just the Dijon.

What an excellent and easy sandwich that feeds quite a few. I made a couple of changes - used ciabatta bread and added tomatoes and onion to the mix. Wow - everyone loved it - will definitely do it again!

Very good but felt it could use something other than dijon. Will definitely experiment as the sandwich as a whole is excellent.

I have 6 children and finding something that everyone likes is HARD. This was very fast and easy and everyone enjoyed it! Not everyone liked the arugala, but their kids, and they still ate it!

Very delicious and easy to make. The smoked mozzarella is key - don't sub anything else. I used pre-cooked Mesquite Grilled Chicken breasts and they worked fine, and mad for a very quick meal.
