I loved this recipe! I was worried when I discovered that we didn't have enough Grand Marnier than was called for. We just cut down the honey. Still delicious! Prosecco is perfect for this! And super easy to make! Especially if you have an immersion blender. Well done Bobby!

I wanted a little more of a strawberry taste but overall it was a great drink!! I made this for a Valentine's after-dinner drink and it capped off the night beautifully!

Made this for Christmas. It was delicious, although I agree with some of the others that there was a bit much gran-marnier. I would also suggest straining the strawberry mixure with a sieve to remove some of the seeds, or process it really smooth.

Did this recipe for x-mas. I used a dry sparkling wine and it was delicious. Some guest found the grand-mariner was over powerful could be me.. Other I found that it made allot of suds and it overflowed the glass keep in mind when pouring the bubbly.

We served this cocktail to over 60 guests as they arrived for a holiday party. They were a hit. If serving to a large group be prepared to pour the champagne over the puree just moments before serving. Guests will love them.

I saw the show early this morning and saw the recipe for the coctail. My husband went to the store to obtain all the ingredients. We made this drink and it was fantastic. This is a great drink for a brunch, early evening drink before dinner. Most likely to make again. It is a msut try.
