    I love love this recipe! my husband says the best Jerk he has ever had. I added soy sauce to the recipe.

    This was outstanding! I marinaded chicken breasts for about 30 minutes then tossed it all in a pan. It had more kick than I expected, but this is a good thing. I used Jamaican Allspice instead of the generic type.
