    OK, I followed this recipe EXACTLY, and -- for the most part -- it's great. In fact, I gave it five stars. But to be fair, I think most folks would agree that chopped pineapple brings absolutely NOTHING to the party. Garnish with dill, chives, a small dollop of caviar -- ANYTHING but pineapple!!! Enjoy.

    I dont understand giving a low rating to a recipe that you didnt follow correctly. I made these and followed the recipe EXACTLY and they were great. I will be making these again.

    I didn't use smoked salmon, I grilled it instead. These were okay, but I added some seasoning to give in more flavor. I really don't anticipate making these again :(

    I did a test batch on my husband for our New Years Eve Party and he went crazy it was so good. All though to make a little more affordable I was fresh tuna steak instead, I was very good.
