I am always looking for a new rice recipe and I have to tell you this one is absolutely delicious with a very inviting presentation. I made it exactly to Rachael's recipe and it was (according to my son bomb!! It will now be a regular in my home and it has the capability to be tweaked to many differently levels.

All of Rachael Ray's rice recipes are outstanding! They give such great alternatives to what would usually be a boring side dish. This one is no exception. It is one of our favorites now and we have it on a semi regular basis. It looks so beautiful too!!

Not only did this look so yummy, but it also looked so pretty on the plate with the cranberries. This will be my next dish that I will be serving at my next potluck dinner party here at the Kokopelli Inn. Thank you Rachael for sharing this recipe!
