Southern lady loves this recipe! Saw the show in 2011, made it and we couldn't stop eating them. I did not use store bought chicken stock but rather made it myself. This really kicked up the flavor. Recipe a keeper.

Great recipe! I used thick cut applewood bacon in lieu of the ham hocks. My husband and kids love these greens! Thanks. Keep up the good recipes!

This is an excellent recipe. I've made this a few times for family & friends, and I have recieved wonderful remarks. This has turned out to be our family favorite. We can't have them any other way.

This receipt is sooooooo good. I have learned to be really careful with the salt as the ham hock I used was already salty. If I would change anything, I would cook the ham hock until almost tender before adding the remaining ingredients.
