@lebrousseau - Don't freeze potatoes! You'll be disappointed when you defrost. All you'll have is mush. This is a great recipe! Can't wait to serve it to a new crowd!

This was outstanding!! I made this the other night and it was absolutely wonderful! Excellent flavor and jsut delicious. My husband just loved it. It makes quite a bit for two people, but it reheats well and I put some in the freezer. This will become a family favorite! Thanks, Anne. You have always been one of my favorite chefs!

Soooooooo good. Just make it. Like twice baked potatoes without doing the stuffing.

Served this for Easter dinner. Family loved it! Garnished with slivered green onion tops rather than chives. Delish!

I made this for Easter this year. I followed the recipe exactly the first time and it was great. The second time instead of boiling garlic cloves with the potatoes I added some minced garlic to the potatoes while mashing them and it was wonderful! Thanks for such a great recipe

The potatoes were a hit. They were a nice compliment with the prime rib I served. I used baby red potatoes and it tasted very good.
