So delicious! This recipe makes a lot, which was great because I got to eat it again!

It was delicious and easy to make. I wanted something different for a side dish and decided to make polenta using this recipe. My husband even liked it and he isn't one that likes to try new things. It was creamy and cheesy - great combination. Loved the fact that it was so easy to make. I'm looking for easy recipes these days with a new infant at home.

Easy & delicious. I saute a shallot and a clove of crushed garlic first. I also use homemade chicken stock in place of half the water. I never have whole milk in the house so I add a little heavy cream to add some richness. This heats up the next day on the stove with a little more milk or water added to loosen it.

This was JUST as simple to make as quick cooking polenta and was so much creamier and better. Made to pair with Ina's Turkey Meatloaf - so good. The only modification I made was to cut the recipe in half.

This is a wonderful recipe that I have used numerous times, in a variety of different ways. This last time it was the perfect vehicle for beef stew (the Food Network Kitchens recipe. One of the first times I prepared it I followed the recipe to a T, and it was sinful. Since then I have "lightened" the recipe (my daughter is getting married in July, MUST fit into my MOB dress! and it's still outstanding. I also have used different cheeses and herbs, depending on what I had on hand at the time. Love, Love, Love Giada and all of her recipes! Thanks, Giada..keep them coming.

This is SO Wonderful!!! I modified it to be a little "liter" and it was great. We paired it with Giada's Roman Chicken, Fantastic!

Great polenta recipe! I have made it twice with Ina's Herb Marinated Pork Tenderloin recipe and it's a match made in Heaven!

This was absolutely delicious even using skim milk. It makes a lot, so I halved the recipe. It was wonderful with veal stew served over it. Grazie Giada!

Delicious! I cut the recipe in half, which was still plenty. I used skim milk since I didn't have whole milk and it was still yummy and creamy.

This was the first time I had ever made polenta or even tried it. I thought it was just ok. I added cheddar cheese and bacon to mine, as we are not huge parmesan fans. My husband loved it though. And this recipe makes a HUGE batch. Anyhow, I could take it or leave it.
