I will be the first to say ~ I am not a Fennel Fan . . . But these were Fantastic! I was worried about the fennel seed, but now I couldn't imagine making this dish without it. These potatoes were magnificent and a perfect compliment to the vanilla/peppercorn pork loin. This is what I hoped for with Aarti ~ new food experiences. Thank you so much Aarti!

OMG. these were the best potatoes i ever made, so good! The recipe couldn't be easier (but you have to have the spices on hand which we do. So simple, absolutely delicious. I've tried two of Aarti's recipes - the chocolate pudding and this one .. both were so easy to make and were fabulous. I am a true fan!

I made this with some left-over mashed potatoes and used caraway seeds, the family couldn't get enough! This method is great...will be making these over & over with slight variations.

Very good\. I might try caraway seed in lieu of fennel seed when I make it for my dad. The fennel was delicious, and exotic. But Dad is not wild about exotic. Thanks, Aarti. You are doing a great job.
