    I too am not a great fan of sweet potato fries, but these are FABULOUS!!! Just as good as potato fries..........

    I made these for Memorial Day and they were a huge hit! My kids don't really like sweet potato fries very much and couldn't understand why these were soooo good (I told them after the bowl was empty. Just watch the time, I took mine out a few minutes early I guess it depends on how thick they end up being. I will definitely be making again soon!
