Yowza!! One of the best things I have ever eaten (and made in my life. Love this! Took it to work to share and managed to convert 3 others into indian food lovers. One friend said it was similar to aroz con pollo, a mexican dish. I went to 4 stores collecting the ingrediants, but it was so worth it. 5 stars!!! Thanks Aarti!

So Yummy! My whole family loved it! I used the left overs and naan bread to make Indian style pizza, also delicious. Thanks Aarti!

I don't usually make the same recipe twice, but I'll be making this one over and over again. :

Yum! yum! Yum! My husband raved about this. We ate this with rice and wish we had some naan to go with it. We were mopping up the sauce in the bottom of the bowl with some rustic bread we had! ( so good our manners went out the window. Definitely going in our "have again" folder and husband also said it was something we should have when we entertain. Took considerably longer than 30 min but worth every minute.

Easier than it looks and so tasty! We're making it for the third time this month.

I am very impressed! Although it took more like 1.5 hours than half an hour, I am a fan. I was a little dubious because I was afraid I'd burned the tomato paste and spices, they turned so dark. I also didn't have serrano peppers so used red pepper flakes. And then at the end it looked like an awful lot of sauce for the amount of chicken and very tomato-y (not as creamy as take out, but it is delicious with a lovely mild burn from the pepper and a great flavor. The cilantro really makes it. In the future I might substitute yogurt for the heavy cream for a bit more tang and thickness.

I am very new in Aarti style of cooking, and I really like what she is teaching. Very fun, and love the combinations of seasonings.

I've loved Aarti since I first saw her on Food Network, but this is the first recipe of hers I've tried so far. I made a few changes based upon the reviews (added more garam masala and tomato paste and some based on my own opinions (added more chicken and only used 1 serrano and it was AMAZING! Everyone in my family loved it, including the kids. I will definitely make it again. Bravo!
