I absolutely loved this mac and cheese! The curry paste just took it to a whole new level of greatness! This is seriously addicting.

It was good. I am wondering if not all Thi Red Curry pasts are made the same. I used the whole 4 oz jar, but it didn't have as much flavor as I expected. I usually only cook for two people, so this made WAY too much for us. Someone also had a point that there is more cheese sauce than there is pasta. In the future I will make half the recipe, half pasta, half the cheese, and still use the whole jar of curry past. I will give it another try. I love Aarti!

Boy was this good! I doubled the recipe, and accidentally added only half the amount of curry paste I was supposed to, but it worked out perfectly, because no on in my house really likes spicy food but me. It was a TREMENDOUS hit. Yum!

It was easy to make and had an unexpected warm, spicy flavor - a nice twist on an old favorite. It's not the kind of dish I would crave but I'd definitely break this recipe for a party or potluck to show off a unique taste.

We loved this recipe! Made it last week and are making it again tonight. It's like a grown-up mac-n-cheese, and so easy to make!

not bad, but we aren't huge fans of the curry paste, and prefer homemade. not too bad otherwise, and very simple! We added chicken (in a can : to make it a entree

AWESOME! I like spicy so this was perfect. If you like more mild flavors reduce the amount of curry. Also, the level of heat in the curry varies by brand. So if you haven't worked with the brand you purchased hold off on adding the curry until all the cheese is melted and add a little at a time.

Be aware that this makes a lot of Mac and Cheese and it does not reheat well in the microwave. If this is going to be a side dish or for only two people, consider halfing the recipe.
