This recipe was quick and easy and didn't have a long complicated list of ingredients. It was very spicy hot and I used only 2/3 of the curry paste. Next time I will try it with 1/4 to 1/2 the curry. I also might add more macaroni, it was a lttle too much cheese sauce to mac.

loved this! Thai red curry is one of my favorite ingredients. I keep it on-hand for a favorite appetizer recipe.
Made this dish for family over Christmas and even the all-american(picky college kids were back for seconds.

If you consider thai red curry paste to be a "trendy extra," why would you make this recipe? Also, we don't care about your favorite restaurants in Nashville.
This recipe is awesome.

I really enjoyed the flavor of this dish. I used about 3/4 of the thai curry paste, but I think that I could have added all of it without making it too spicy. I did feel like it was a bit too cheesy, so next time will up the amount of macaroni or cut down on the milk. Overall a great mac and cheese recipe!

this was good but i would use more milk next time to make it creamier. i was afraid of using the whole jar of thai red curry paste so i only used half but i think the whole jar would be better for that touch of spice.

I made this Mac and Cheese thinking it would be an interesting twist on a dish I would normally never make. I was very dissapointed. There is a place in Nashville called the Family Wash that makes a fantastic Mac and Cheese without the trendy extras. It has a depth of flavor that was missing in the Aarti dish.

This was SO good!! I already used the white sauce method as my base for mac n cheese so this was such an easy twist to incorporate. Flavor is not too spicy, just flavorful and colorful. We paired this with a smoked pork butt on Christmas day. Incredible. I used the panko crumbs as directed, but also sprinkled a little Italian seasoned bread crumbs in as well. SO good, so rich. Im sure next time I will use only lowfat milk and no heavy cream, and it will be lighter and just as good.

Different but tasty take on Mac and Cheese. I really like the warm taste of the thai red chili paste.
