I made the chops according to recipe. Thye are so yummy. The name put me off at first. But they do not taste like lemonade. They are mouth watering. Can't wait to try this recipe with other meats. Try it tomorrow. Thanks DDD for bringing this to us. Yum

I just visited the Gold n Silver Inn. The pork chops were the best! Fall off the bone good. I had lived in Reno about 20 years ago, and never visited the place. Stopped on a trip through, and was not disappointed. Thanks for pointing the place out.

This was one of the worse recipes I have ever tried from the Food Network. Don't bother, you'll be better off just pouring in some bottled sauce of your choice.

Excellent recipe! I plan to use the sauce as a go-to barbecue sauce. A PP mentioned a bitter flavor, but a cast iron skillet should not be used for acidic ingredients. It causes a chemical reaction and can ruin the flavor.

These pork chops are really good. I made my lemonade just like the chef did on the show which is taking 4 lemons that have been cut up with the lemon peel along with a couple of cups of sugar and processing in my food processor and then added the water. This is the best way to do it because the peel of the lemon has the most flavor of lemon.

I have just visited the Silver and Gold Inn and have had these pork chops and my feeling is that if they can be made at home, I won't want to eat anything else in the world as long as I live. These were absoutely the best pork chops I have ever eaten and will definately make them at home.

Tasted great. The amount of liquid is almost twice as much as I needed so I threw a lot away. Next time I cut it in half. If you are expecting it to taste like lemonade, it doesn't, it takes like a nice barbecue sauce. Once, I was in a hurry and didn't have pork chops so I used chicken - tasted great. It's easy to do and I will make again. If you are in a hurry, you can skip the browning part - just put the meat and the sauce in a pan as is - still tastes good.

We thought this recipe was delicious. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I thought the Oregeno was a little bit over powering for my taste. I happen to think a little Oregeno goes a long way. Aside from that, the pork chops were wonderfully seasoned & very very tender. We served it over Rice & the sauce tasted delicious over the rice. I would certainly serve this recipe to company, & I will be making this again.

We were very excited to try this dish after watching the show yesterday, but were very disappointed. The sauce turned out very bitter. Has anyone else had the same outcome?
I followed the on-line recipe (1/2 recipe, using dried herbs and home-made lemonade. Baked this in my deep cast iron skillet.
