I'm making this today for the 3rd time. I use a little less oil but otherwise keep the recipe the same. It's awesome.

This is a super granola recipe. I had one other recipe that I made all the time, but this one is now our favorite! It's easy and delicious! I've made it for other people as a food gift, and they wanted the recipe! I like to mix about 1/4 cup of the granola with about a 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt. Fantastic! I've used dried blueberries or golden raisins when I couldn't find the mango. Really good. The only other thing I added was more salt, other than that, it was perfect. Thank you Bobby Flay!

Everyone I gave it to loved it...it is not a 4 serving recipe by any means. I gave it out to friends and family and only use a small bit each day as it is very filling. So the review that talked about the calories being so high........enjoy and use way less!!!!!!!!!!!!!

although this tastes amazing - I did a nutritional calculation and it is 900 calories per serving, with approx. 40% coming from fat, 30% from sugar. Maybe only for the occasional special breakfast will I serve this. Too bad...yummy!

Easy to make and tasty. Not to tricked up with lots of ingredients. Both my husband and I enjoy, and he's picky! Will make on a regular basis. We enjoy with just fruit or by itself.

delicious! i added dried mango, dates, apricots, coconut, figs and in half of it dark chocolate chips (chopped up & after it was cooled yum! we especially love this with low fat vanilla yogurt and sweet florida strawberries. I have made this recipe quite a few times over the last few weeks and never get tired of eating it. You can change it up each time. Lately I have been adding probably 2 cups of almonds because they are just so good! Everyone who tries it begs me to make them some. If you eat it right out of the freezer it is like a crunchy piece of heaven!

super easy and super delicious. I tried it once with the pumpkin seeds but decided I like it better without. I've made it weekly the past 4 or 5 weeks as my wife and I have devoured it throughout each week in lunches and snacks. even if you don't like granola, just bake it right before people come over just for the fantastic smell it sends throughout the house.
