These are very tasty! I have made them twice now, and the second time I prepared the tofu a little differently. I cut some extra firm tofu into chunks, tossed it in the food processor, and blitzed it until it was ground fairly small, resembling ground beef. Then I sauteed that with a little olive oil and the taco seasoning. It was really a great taste and texture and my non-vegetarian husband loved it!

These tofu tacos were very good! I cut up the tofu into pieces before I cooked it in order to make it a little crispier all around. I also made half according to the recipe with taco seasoning but cooked half with Korean BBQ sauce. I liked the BBQ ones better but the bf thought they were a little too sweet. Also, used a pineapple salsa instead of salsa verde. Yum!

Awesome dish, it would probably work great with any flaky white fish as well.

This was such a hit with my family! The lime showed up more than I thought it would. We didn't need the wedges.

Amazing! I am not a fan of tofu but I absolutely loved these! My husband liked them even more than I did. I will definitely be making them again.

These are delicious! They are full of lime flavor, which I love. I also love the cilantro. My only complaint is that the tofu itself didn't have a lot of flavor, even with the taco seasoning, but everything else on the taco packed a lot of flavor. Next time I might try adding a bit more seasoning to the tofu.

Very tasty! My husband and I really enjoyed it. My husband said he's put a little bit less lime juice in the yogurt next time, I said no way! I love lime : To each his own, but if you aren't a lime lover maybe add a little less and once you've tasted the tacos add some more.

Initially made this for my vegetarian roomy but made a dinner party out of it. Many of the guests had never and tofu and they absolutely RAVED about this dish! The slaw topping is so crisp and fresh and crunchy, it pairs great with the lime and greek yogurt topping. I have also made this with chicken to make it a little more cost friendly but the slaw and sauce are the main attractions! I would recommend making these tacos over "normal" tacos any day!
