This is a simple and delicious recipe. Plenty of healthy fats, lean meat (with the exception of the bacon, and fresh veggies. Will be making again!

The vingered onions were good, the yogurt/avacado spread was better with some chunks in it (and a bit more pepper than traditional, over all a nice sandwich that i will have again.

simple, refreshing, and easy on the concious and waistline. My husband had two which I guess defeats some of the 'healthy' point! :

I loved it. I replaced the avocado/yogurt mixture with a spicy guacamole to add some extra flavor.

This recipe is simple and delicious! I loved the apple cider vinegar soaked red onions. I modified this recipe to make it for two, and I think next time I'll use a bit more avocado to give the "sauce" a little more flavor.

This sandwich didn't have any oomph. Everything about it was bland, except for marinating the onion in vinegar, and I didn't really care for the sharpness of the vinegar. The avocado mashed with yogurt was also oddly bland. Although I left the avocado slightly chunky for an an appealing texture, maybe the avocado cancelled out the yogurt and the yogurt masked the avocado's flavor. I would rather have sliced avocado on the sandwich and a more flavorful spread of some sort. Even a good well-seasoned homemade mayonnaise would have been better. Maybe the Boar's Head turkey I bought at the deli counter contributed to blandness---I thought it was nearly devoid of any turkey flavor.
