This was simple and tasted great! I used Ahi Tuna from Costco and it was my first time making rare tuna. The tapenade was very flavorful and I will definitely make this recipe again.

I must admit I would not expect such a healthy recipe from Paula! My husband went on a fishing trip this past weekend and caught a lot of Blackfin tuna! This recipe is amazing! My husband and I both love olives! This is going to be a regular recipe in my home! Fabulous!!!!

This was great. I think the key is to not overcook the tuna. 2 minutes per side is plenty. I also love olives so a full recipe of the tapenade was just enough for 2 steaks in my house.

First of all, this recipe is super easy and can be completed in less than 30 minutes if you use an electric chopper. We didn't have kalamata olives at our local grocery store, so I substituted black olives. My husband and I love the flavor, and enjoyed "testing" it on bread while the steaks cooked.

The olive tapenade was good, but I don't know, the flavor of it was very strong. I think it might go better with chicken. We had charcoal grilled tuna steaks, and they were good, but I was glad I only put the tapenade on the side because otherwise I wouldn't have even been able to taste the tuna at all. I would make the two things again, but separately.
